Mission
We forecast, co-design, develop and co-implement high-wage, high-growth, high school career technical education and adult learning pathways, textbooks, and learning communities for high-needs learners; and we open-source all accessibility-compliant curricula, class materials, and work-based learning.

By 2025 we will shake up the traditional cultural ideal of career success by developing, mentoring, and disseminating alternative pathways and work-based learning content in high-wage, high-growth careers for youth and adult learners.
